I am writing to introduce myself. My name is Cassie McPherson and I have achieved my Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from University of South Alabama. I am a certified black belt & instructor of taekwondo. Please note that the schedule of classes are found on the Artifacts page. If there are any events that come up I will place the description on the Artifacts page and it can be downloaded.

CLASS RULES:

The class rules are just your basic rules for taekwondo.

  1. No Gum
  2. Must wear appropriate uniform
  3. NO restroom breaks during class
  4. If you arrive late you will do 50 push-ups if un-excused
  5. NO talking back, show respect to all ranks
  6. NO food or beverages on the floor
  7. NO EXCESSIVE CONTACT!!!
